Pretreatment prior to painting on galvanized surfaces removing oxides from galvanized surfaces without damaging galvanize surface. Gardobond 34 BR is a zinc phosphating process for brushing or manual spray treatment of hot-dip galvanized steel. Zinc phosphate conversion coating serves as a treatment prior to painting.
APPLICATION
Cleaning:
If the hot-dip galvanized material is fresh from the galvanising pot and is to be phosphated immediately, then no cleaning is required.
However, if the material is oily and dirty then it should be cleaned in an alkali or solvent cleaner.
